Elizabeth L. Kramer
Elizabeth L. Kramer is an associate attorney at Lavery Law. Ms. Kramer’s primary area of practice concerns the representation and defense of public entities and their officials and employees in civil litigation matters as well as public and private employers in employment matters. Ms. Kramer represents public entities and public officials in state and federal actions involving civil rights claims as well as various other actions involving public entity liability. Ms. Kramer also represents employers with respect to claims of harassment, discrimination and retaliation in the workplace as well as disputes concerning disability accommodations and medical leave.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kramer attended law school and held legal internships at civil litigation firms in Philadelphia during her summers. During law school, she was an editor of the Penn State Journal of Law and International Affairs. She also served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Penn State Family Law Clinic as well as for the Penn State Rural Economic Development Clinic.
Ms. Kramer is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a major in Ethics, History and Public Policy and a second major in International Relations and Policy. She received her Juris Doctor from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law in 2017. Ms. Kramer is from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
