Thomas Ollason

Thomas Ollason is a shareholder of the firm. He focuses his practice on the representation of employers and insurers in Workers Compensation disputes.  His practice involves representing insurance companies and self-insured employers in the area of workers’ compensation and general insurance defense litigation.

In addition to litigating workers’ compensation cases in many venues of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Mr. Ollason has lectured at numerous seminars for employers and insurance adjusters and he has prepared and presented continuing legal education seminars and presentations. He has argued cases before the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Ollason is a member of The CLM Alliance, a national organization that is comprised of industry leaders, claims professionals and, by invitation only, attorneys committed to joining forces to create cost-effective strategies designed to defend against claims asserted and develop proactive risk management techniques to reduce costly litigation.

Mr. Ollason is a graduate of the University of Arizona and The Gonzaga University School of Law, cum laude.
